Fun FactI studied in Italy shortly after German reunification and met there many co-students who had grown up in the GDR or the Eastern Bloc. The discussions and exchange with them have sharpened my perspective on the world enormously and helped me a lot in self-reflection.

Christine Regitz is Vice President at SAP SE. After studying business administration and physics at Saarland University and the Universita Degli Studi Bari (Italy), she took up a consulting role at IDS Prof. Scheer. Since 1994 she has been with SAP, where she has held various positions and responsibilities in software development. Since 2020, she leads the global initiative ‘SAP Women in Tech’ in the Office of the CEO.

She is a member of the Supervisory Board of SAP SE and a member of the Advisory Board of HV Capital.

In an honorary capacity, she is, among other things, a member of the Executive Committee and spokesperson of the Business Advisory Board of the Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V., a member of the Industrial Board of Trustees of the Leibniz Center for Informatics, the Council for Information Infrastructures, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Steinbeis Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the German Museum.
